Rullier Beauty & Spa is a small nail studio at 331 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 — between US-1 and A1A, a short drive from Aventura, Hollywood, Sunny Isles Beach and North Miami Beach. We do gel manicures and gel pedicures, Russian manicure with hard gel, polygel and rubber-base builds, plus brow shaping, lip wax, facials and lash extensions.
Every visit is by appointment, so you never wait. Book on WhatsApp in English or Spanish, send a photo of the design you want, and come in to a clean, bright pink studio where the same technician sees you through from shape to shine.

How do I book an appointment?
On WhatsApp at (786) 660-5131 — tell us the service and a couple of times that work. Calls are welcome too. The studio is by appointment only.
Where is Rullier Beauty & Spa?
331 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 — on Hallandale Beach Blvd, minutes from the beach and I-95.
What is a Russian manicure?
A dry manicure where the cuticle is cleaned precisely with an electric file, so gel can be applied right to the edge. It looks cleaner and grows out slower. Ours comes with hard gel for strength.
How long does gel last?
Two to three weeks on most clients when the prep is done right — which is exactly why we take our time with it. Book a fill or a new set around the three-week mark.
Do you do brows, facials and lashes?
Yes — brow shaping and lip wax are on the menu, and facials and lash extensions are booked by the treatment. Message us and we'll quote it.
Are your tools sanitized?
Every time. Gloves for every service, metal tools disinfected between clients, disposable files and buffers.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí — the studio is fully bilingual. Write to us in whichever language you prefer.
Can I get a nail design or nail art?
Yes — French, chrome, glitter, hearts, flowers, whatever you bring on your phone. Send the photo on WhatsApp when you book so we plan the time.
How much is a gel manicure in Hallandale Beach?
At Rullier a gel manicure is $25 and a gel pedicure is $25; both together as the gel package are $40. A Russian manicure with hard gel is $50 and a regular pedicure $20. These are the studio's list prices — monthly specials are posted on Instagram.
Do you take walk-ins?
No — the studio works by appointment only, which is why you never wait. Same-day times are often open: message on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the next slot.
Does Rullier have a studio in Venezuela?
Yes — Rullier started in Maracaibo and has two studios there: Av. 9 con Av. Universidad in the Camino Real shopping centre (next to Lesbia Wong) and C.C. Gran Bazar, local 2322, upstairs. Both book on WhatsApp at +58 414-9635437; there is also a Rullier in Panamá. Prices in Venezuela are quoted there, not on this page.
